Morgan County Learning Center
Morgan County Learning Center has all the resources available to help you go to college. The MCLC offers a classroom with space for thirty students, a computer lab, student lounge and vending area and wireless internet.
Current Programs Offered:
- Washington State offers a practical nursing program and a certificate in small business entrepreneurship.
- Muskingum University offers course work for local teachers to obtain their Master's Degrees.
- Several workshops and seminars are held each month for a small registration fee or take classes to help enhance your education.
Directions to the Learning Center:
Follow State Route 60 to the Square in McConnelsville. At the monument in the middle of the road, turn onto Kennebec Avenue, also known as State Route 376 North. (From the South, turn right. From the North, turn left.)
Continue up the hill for one mile. The Learning Center is located on the left on the first floor of the County Health Building along with Dr. Murrell's Morgan Family Health Center. The building is across from the long-term care facility Genesis Health and Rehab and in front of East Elementary School. Turn left at the Elementary School sign, then turn right into the second drive to park in the lot *behind the building. *Please park behind the building during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
