The Plant Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for the care and maintenance of all property and production assets in a safe, sanitary and efficient condition. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for staying up to date on new products, equipment, technology and techniques.

* Follow all required work safe practices. This would include lockout-tagout requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
* Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
* Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED preferred; Formal Engineering/Maintenance Training desired
* 2 years minimum experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing facility, preferably food and beverage industry.
* 1 year minimum experience with one or more technical experiences: Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electronic, computer controlled equipment, PLC and HVAC
* 1 year minimum experience on a variety of equipment including lubricating, cleaning, material handling, motor control, relay control, process control and packaging equipment.
* Professional experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.

SUPERVISED BY: Director of Services and Supports

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Service and Support Coordinator acts as the single point of contact for individuals eligible for services from WCBDD, this includes individuals living at home with their families or living in other community settings whether that is in their own home, or elsewhere. The Service and Support Coordinator may act in concert with another agency or individual in coordinating services (for example, may work with Mental Health providers, DJFS or Children Services.), and may be the lead Coordinator.

The responsibilities of the Service and Support Coordinator Unit include, but are not limited to, the following: Facilitate Plan Development, Coordinate Services, and Monitor Implementation of plans, Waiver Administration, Crisis Intervention, and Self-Advocacy.

Must complete billing documentation and case notes for Medicaid billing and SSA services provided.
The Service and Support Coordinator will facilitate the work of the team by helping the person and their team to consider what the individual wants, encouraging team members to make commitments, and creatively think "outside the box". The Service and Support Coordinator will write the Individual Service Plan and ensure distribution to all applicable parties at least 15 days prior to the due date.

Business Process Coordinator in Parkersburg, West Virginia

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• SAP PM Site Security Leader - Tasks include creating and/or modifying new or existing accounts; ensuring proper delegation of authority is maintained; and interacting with SAP PM users to troubleshoot security issues.

• MRO Material Support/Planner/Reporting – Tracking, creating, modifying QM info records; tracking new or modified purchase info records; requesting vendor extensions into SAP via Struxure; tracking impact of new or modified material requests on stores inventory; creating and modifying materials while ensuring appropriate permanent records are maintained in Sharepoint; partner with offsite contractor on addressing various PO/invoice issues/errors; report and identify PO issues and communicate as needed to offsite vendor and site maintenance.

• Stores Support - Prepare sub-stores inventory sheets and preparing reconciliation; clear COGI goods movement errors; and generate reporting and address issues on QM info requests, safety stock requirements, and PO analytics including incorrect price or incorrect UOM.

• Administrative Support – Provides training and support for Sharepoint, printing, databases, security (CPAS) and general computer assistance.

_QUALIFICATIONS:_
In order to be qualified for this role, you //must possess// the following:

• High School Diploma/GED equivalent
• 3 - 5 years' experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn new systems
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the Company

The following skill sets are //preferred//:

• Experience with SAP PM
• Experience with system security
