biological sciences transfer

The Biological Sciences transfer program will give you the foundation classes you need to transfer to a four-year science-related program in fields such as biological sciences, environmental sciences, medicine, microbiology, and pharmacy. The curriculum of this program meets the Transfer Module requirements for transfer to state colleges and universities in Ohio.

Graduates of our Biological Sciences program will be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding regarding the structure and function of cells, the molecular basis of hereditary, biological evolution, interdependence among organisms, energy and the organization of living things, and the behavior of organisms. You will also be able to successfully construct full-scale scientific investigations. 

Successful completion of the Biological Sciences Transfer program results in an Associate of Science degree. It can lead to a career in fields such as biology, botany, ecology, zoology, pharmacology, microbiology, and medicine.
