Business Management Major
Do you enjoy working with people? Do you want to become a manager of a business? Do you want to own your own business? Do you need to update your current management skills? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, the business management technology is for you.
Classes emphasize areas needed by today’s managers and business owners including:
- Team-based projects
- Software presentations
- Role play to teach management skills
- Prepare a business plan
- Research skills
- Problem-Solving skills
- Communication skills
The degree emphasizes courses in a wide variety of subject areas including: management, entrepreneurship, marketing, accounting, computer applications, database management , and international business.
Business management students can choose to complete the degree full or part-time. Classes are offered days, evenings, and weekends. Many courses are also offered online or in a blended format.
