Tuition: What does it cost? How will you pay?

One of the first questions many people ask is, "What is the tuition at Washington State?" The answer to that question is:

  • $78.75 per credit hour for residents of Ohio
  • $157.50 per credit hour for out-of-state students

The cost of attending Washington State, or any other college, involves more than just the cost of tuition--fees, books, room, board, personal expenses and transportation are included in a total college budget. Even though most Washington State students are commuters living at home and driving back and forth to classes, these other expenses continue throughout your college career.

But don't get discouraged. Over 65% of Washington State students are eligible for some kind of financial assistance.
