Facility Use
Using Washington State Facilities
Many Washington State facilities are used by community organizations. Rooms that are not specialized classrooms (i.e., labs and studios) may be reserved by community organizations if there is no conflicting use on the scheduling calendar. Washington State courses and activities will always receive priority in scheduling classrooms.
Food and beverages may be consumed only in specified areas of each building. If you plan to have snacks or drinks, please confirm that you are reserving an area where that is allowed. No alcoholic beverages of any type are permitted on campus.
Reservations must be made to use any area of the campus. Contact the records office to request reservations of campus rooms and facilities.
