Who may participate?

U.S. citizens ages 12-27, who show a desire to attend a college of their choice are eligible for the program. Students must meet one or both of the following criteria:

Neither parent has earned a bachelor’s (four year) degree

OR

Their family’s income does not exceed the federal guidelines established by the U.S. Department of Education

Attend school in the following school districts: Caldwell, Eastern, Fort Frye, Frontier, Marietta, Meigs, Morgan, Warren and Washington County Career Center.
