Welcome to the Morgan County Learning Center - a pathway to educational opportunities for Morgan County and beyond. The Learning Center connects McConnelsville and surrounding areas to knowledge and skills needed in today's economy without having to travel great distances to obtain it.
At the request of Washington State Community College, consortium institutions are working together in a true spirit of collaboration to find ways to offer courses and degree or certificate programs in Morgan County. The Morgan County Learning Center is proud to partner with the Morgan County Higher Education Consortium. There are many partners that contribute to the offerings at the Morgan County Learning Center.
The Morgan County Learning Center has a variety of learning, classroom and technology accessibility. The center was made possible thanks to the generous support of donors.
