Eighty-five percent of the funds for the renovation of the Learning Center came from grants and donations from these donors. The additional 15 percent came from the Morgan County Commissioners Capital Improvement Fund.
Facilities
The Morgan County Learning Center is located in the Morgan County Health Building in front of East Elementary School.
Parking for the Morgan County Learning Center is designated in the lot behind the building. Please be kind to our neighbors when you come to visit!
The Morgan County Learning Center is available for meetings and other events at a rate of $10/per hour.

- A variety of General Education courses for more degree requirements.
- Coursework for local school teachers to obtain their Master’s Degrees
through Muskingum University. - Small Business Entrepreneurship through WSCC.
