The OAST Practicums will allow students the opportunity to gain practical work experience with local employers. While utilizing skills learned in their courses, students will build the bridge from classroom to profession. The office setting emphasizes the importance of an administrative assistant as an integral part of the office team.
Students have completed Practicum experiences at the following locations: Memorial Health System Providers' Offices, Bauer Vision Center, Eye Care Associates, First Settlement Orthopaedics, and Marietta Health & Wellness Center.
