We've set the dates for our rescheduled Commencement Ceremony!

Commencement Ceremony Details

When:
Friday, August 7, 2020

Where:
WSCO - Graham Auditorium

The ceremony is open to registered participants and their guests only. Students received a 'save the date' email on Friday, June 12, and 'a last chance to RSVP' email on Wednesday, July 1.

All students who registered to attend the ceremony received an email on Friday, July 10 with their ceremony time.

Additional details on what to expect were sent to all registered graduates on Friday, July 24.

Register to Attend

The deadline to RSVP was July 6. To walk in the ceremony, students must RSVP. Each graduate may bring up to 6 guests.

Regalia Orders

The deadline for cap & gown orders was Friday, July 24.

Already ordered your regalia?

Regalia orders will be held until Commencement. You still won't pay anything until you pick up your regalia. Any regalia that is not picked up will be returned to the vendor.

Graduates can start picking up their regalia from the WSCO bookstore the week of July 27. For more information and bookstore hours, contact bookstore@wscc.edu or 740-568-1907  ext. 1356.

Diplomas

With Spring Semester extended by one week, final grades are due by Tuesday, May 19. After final grades are processed, diplomas will be mailed to all graduates starting Wednesday, May 27.
