Adelaide H. Hirschi has graduated college and high school simultaneously … and with a 4.0 grade point average.

Adelaide attended Marietta High School for her freshman year. She then enrolled in Ohio Virtual Academy, an online high school, and attended Washington State College of Ohio. Most associate degrees can be obtained in two years, but due to the program complexity, the associate of engineering degree requires three years. So, for three years, Adelaide’s WSCO credits were automatically transferred to her high school transcript. Upon graduation from both schools she received an associate of engineering degree, an associate degree of general science and an associate of liberal arts along with her high school diploma.
