How can I participate?

The ceremony is open to registered participants and their guests only. Graduates received an email that included a link to RSVP for the ceremony. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, March 23.

At this time, tickets are not required and there is no limit on the number of guests who can attend. However, this is subject to change based on federal, state, and local guidelines. Seating is first-come, first-seated for all guests.

Accessibility seating will be available, and seating in this area is first-come, first seated. The area is set up for individuals needing accommodation and one or two other individuals. It is not intended for large family groups, and we ask that additional chairs not be moved into this area.

Caps and Gowns

Caps, Gowns and Announcements  will be available in the Barnes and Noble bookstore. To ensure the best fit, reserve your cap and gown (regalia) by clicking here no later than  March 21.

Your commencement regalia will be available for pickup approximately on April 26. (Note: Payment for your cap and gown is not required until pickup.) For more information and bookstore hours, contact bookstore&wscc.edu or 740.568.1907.

Honor and Veteran cords will be distributed to eligible students at rehearsal. Phi Theta Kappa students may order their stoles and tassels through the Phi Theta Kappa website at ptk.org.

Diplomas

Graduates will receive their diplomas at commencement. After final grades are processed, diplomas will be mailed to those unable to attend the ceremony.
