Center for Student Success
Yep, we have a whole department dedicated to your success. Not sure where to go to get the services you need?
Peer Mentor Program
Mentors provide advice and coaching to help you navigate the complex world of college. They don’t take the place of faculty, academic advisors, or financial aid counselors. Their job is to help you find the answers to your questions — to point you in the right direction while providing encouragement and advice.
Veterans
WSCC is proud to serve Veterans and active duty military personnel. From initiating Veteran tuition benefits to graduation, we’re here to serve those who have served our country.
Suicide Prevention
At Washington State, we make it a priority to promote awareness about suicide prevention. Through awareness and referrals, we work with our campus community to help make a difference.
Emergency Assistance
We’re here to help - whether you need to supplement food for yourself or your family or you’re having trouble paying your bills.
Gas & Meal Cards
If you have an overage of financial aid (funds left over after your tuition, fees, and books are purchased), you can buy prepaid Speedway gas cards or prepaid Just Lunch meal cards at the WSCC bookstore. Prepaid cards are available during the second week of class. Check with the bookstore for details.
WhichWay
Don’t let financial worries threaten your higher education success.
WhichWay is a financial wellness app that helps you with budgeting, setting goals, applying for financial aid, and more.
Campus Food Pantry
No student should ever have to go hungry. We want to make sure you have everything you need to succeed on our campus. Access to filling, nutritious food helps keep you focused during classes so you can do your best on exams. If you or your family need help supplementing meals, we want to help.
