Our Education Transfer program is designed to provide general and introductory education courses. These classes will help you work toward your goal of becoming a teacher. This program results in an Associate of Arts degree in Education Transfer. Your degree will make you eligible for employment as an Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Qualified Educational Aide.

If you are seeking teacher licensure, you will need to complete a 4-year degree in education at an accredited college or university.

In addition to teaching, you can also find employment in libraries, child care facilities and businesses that need employee trainers. Additional coursework and teaching experience can lead to positions as a counselor, principal, superintendent, or curriculum supervisor.

Our graduates have successfully transferred to some pretty awesome colleges. You'll find our alum at Ohio State, Marietta College, West Virginia University-Parkersburg, Ohio University, and many more.

We want to keep you on track while you’re here, so be sure to work closely with your academic advisor. We want to make sure you’re taking courses that meet the requirements of the program you plan to pursue.
